Charge Bands Tab

Use this tab to view available charge bands and those to which a selected user is assigned.

TrafficLIVE scheduling uses user skills to display the people who can do a job, in order of availability. This is driven by entering which charge bands staff are most suited to work on.

You can set the charge bands in Admin > Charge Bands.

The left-side box on this tab lists all available charge bands. The right-side box lists the charge bands to which the selected user is assigned. To assign a charge band to the user, drag one from the left box to the right box.
